We’ll listen for birds, keep an eye out for kangaroos, and enjoy each other’s company as we explore the bush together.
Community Bush Walks

We will meet at the Southern Highlands Hockey Centre in
Welby and head down Colo St to begin our bush walk. -
Please bring a water bottle and a piece of fruit to snack on. After lots of rain the ground may be wet and muddy so wear appropriate shoes.

This walk is suitable for all children - whether they’re confident wakers or prefer to take in the surroundings from a carrier or pram. The track is suitable for prams with good wheels.

The walk is roughly 750m and takes around 30 minutes depending on how often we stop to explore, notice nature, collect little treasures and have a drink break.
